currently listening to Reindeer Section's Son of Evil Reindeer - a very nice soothing album I bought about a year ago and never got into - it's nice to revisit stuff that I didn;t give enough of a chance to the first time around:) a very nice album - I think I'll be listening to this one a lot.

As for therapy, I remember Knives - not a bad song... and pretty good live...

  • 2 weeks later...

mmm yay The Cure, cant beat em. Im listening to Hole (still, im obssessed!) and a random compilation from a rock mag.

GG-grrr, still havent seen the gorgeous brian in action!

Heehee!! I may be very strange when it comes to music but I'm proud of it so on the 2nd of December (busy long weekend!) I'm going to see Mr JT!!! (girly screaming!!) As I don't yet have his album I'm listening to N'Sync's No Strings Attached

Well people, it's a free gig and he's sexy, plus he's looking for a redheaded British girlfriend. I still prefer Britney so my reputation's safe ;)

Tops- did you watch her Las Vegas gig when it was on five? I have most of it on video and she brushes up quite nicely.

Currently sifting through a mountain of tapes passed on to me from Deano and Mazrah so much music mixing!

GG, I didn't have you down as a Placebo fan,Me and Mazrah are looking forward to seeing them at Reading later this year.

At the mo I am spinning Placebo's new album, the Yeah Yeah Yeah's & Eighties b-line mathbox disaster.

Damn all u Reading bound people, I'm hoping to scrape enough money together for a day ticket 2 see AFI. Currently listening to Placebo, Rammstein and Hole, nice happy type music! smile.gif

Haven't got Evanescence's album myself as yet but have heard it, *sigh* so pretty. smile.gif But the pic of her on the front is too pretty so I can't look at it. (YAY!! They're number 1!)

Can't decide whether you guy's are really cool in your music tastes and I'm the strange one or viseversa...........I think I know how to solve this even though I listen to some pretty cool bands The Vines being my fave at the mo, but my top 5 ever list is a little mixed and reads like this: 5.Oasis 4.Aerosmith 3.Bon Jovi 2.Oasis 1.QUEEN (I realise Oasis appear twice, this is because although I really really like em QUEEN are still the greatest band ever plus I couldn't think of a number 5)

So Am I the strange one ?

Oh yeah and I've been listening to Elton John's greatest hits alot recently and I was slightly gutted when SClub split !

P.S.Who the holy hell are Evanescence ?

I'm gonna get flamed by the world for saying this, but I reckon they sound a little like Linkin Park...

currently listening to the new Stereophonics album (which I have been abused by all of my friends for - not sure why), and the new Metallica album, which the jury is out on right now as I have listened to it, but was p*ssed, and can't really remember any of it.

Evanescence? From what I've heard of them (which isn't very much... OK, one song!), they sound like a metal band that've been smacked with the Goth stick a coupla times. I've heard worse, but not really my thang.

There's no new music out at the mo that grabs me... certainly not Mr M Manson's latest offering, Golden Age of Grotesque. Heard a description of him recently that made me giggle... Marilyn Manson is Bertie Bassett on acid!!

That sounds a good description GG... What I've heard is okay.

I've only heard the new Metallica album while under the influence, so like you Tops I can't give a recommendation as yet....

HH --- ELTON JOHN!!! You jest surely
